Availability

While we strive to accommodate reasonable time-off requests, candidates must be available during our operational hours:

Sunday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift. This includes:

  • Leading and managing a team of 3 to 30 staff members.
  • Ensuring effective cost and cash control.
  • Maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • Setting a positive tone and example for the team.
  • Assisting walk-in customers and operating the cash register.
  • Preparing menu items quickly and accurately, following all portion sizes and recipes.
  • Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards within the restaurant.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in line with company grooming standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in team leadership.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to motivate others.
  • A reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • A strong role model presence for team members.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
