Job Summary:

The role involves coordinating the Residential Outreach Counseling (ROC) program, aimed at enhancing access to campus behavioral health services, delivering preventative mental health programming, and providing support to students and residence life staff during critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staff coverage to deliver health services within residential communities.
  • Collaborate with residence life personnel to assess needs and develop preventative mental health programs.
  • Provide direct counseling services, including individual and group sessions for clients facing personal, social, and career challenges.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and outreach initiatives within residential settings.
  • Offer counseling and support to students and residence life staff during and following critical incidents.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or Counseling with three years of relevant experience.
  • Licensed Mental Health Provider.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a college mental health environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
