Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties in the assigned manufacturing cell and station
  • Understand and adhere to safety requirements and maintain proper use of PPE
  • Work in a team environment to produce at established rates
  • Follow verbal and written instructions, and accept feedback from trainers or group leads
  • Report to assigned lines on time and maintain quality and quantity standards
  • Perform self-inspection, apply manual labeling, and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Dexterity to work around simple assemblies or subassemblies
  • Ability to apply manual labeling and perform self-inspection
  • Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and accept feedback
  • Ability to maintain quality and quantity standards
  • Ability to perform simple math operations and possess good eye-hand coordination

Physical Demands: This role requires standing for most of the 8-hour shift, lifting up to 30 pounds, and some pulling and pushing.
