Job Title: PPC Marketing Specialist

XPEL is seeking a highly skilled PPC Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and managing paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage paid search campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve ad relevance and click-through rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign budgets and targeting.
  • Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates for Google & Meta Ads and other PPC channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Paid Marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on ads performance, optimizations, and recommendations.
  • Manage and reconcile paid advertising budget and spending, including bid management.
  • Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of Paid campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of keyword research tools and bid management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Apps.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and best practices.
  • Ability to handle bigger budgets and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Agency side experience preferred.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
