Role Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with applicant tracking, evaluation processes, and entry-level recruitment.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and travel arrangements for candidates.
  • Managing onboarding activities for new employees and supporting orientation sessions.
  • Organizing recruitment events both on-site and in the community, while tracking event effectiveness.
  • Serving as a point of contact for recruitment marketing initiatives, including digital and print outreach.
  • Addressing general inquiries related to recruitment processes and providing support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders by adhering to organizational policies.
  • Utilizing various technology tools to enhance recruitment efforts, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Collaborating with HR teams to resolve complex associate issues and improve processes.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the Talent Acquisition department in alignment with service level agreements.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • One to three years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, with a focus on customer service in a high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition best practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in HR technology, particularly experience with applicant tracking systems is highly desirable.
