Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our growing team at Highmark Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Data Extensions, SQL Queries, AMPscript, and API Integrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all code and configurations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of all developed solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal Salesforce Marketing Cloud standards and best practices.
  • Assist with the training and onboarding of junior developers.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience developing and implementing solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, features, and functionalities.
  • Proven experience with AMPscript, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with API integrations and data management within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passion for marketing technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator.
  • Certified Marketing Cloud Developer.
