About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of industrial customer accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective account management and business development strategies.
  • Provide expert consultation on roofing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to assess and estimate existing roof conditions, including core cuts when applicable.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, schedule activities, and track sales-related efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices through regular training and manufacturer seminars.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree (preferred)
  • 1+ year of related sales experience in the industrial services sector
  • Fluent English
  • Driver's license required
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and estimating software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate a motivated, professional attitude in all interactions
