Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience managing aggregate operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Preferrable bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership and staff development skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Motivated to travel between sites, manage multiple priorities, and address urgent situations with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
