Job Overview: As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Innovative Information Technologies, Inc., you will be an integral part of our Corporate Engineering Group, focusing on sustainable solutions through advanced technologies and innovative products. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading project management initiatives, safety protocols, and maintenance strategies for high-voltage electrical systems and large motor equipment.
  • Offering engineering expertise to maintenance and operations teams, driving continuous improvement and resolving technical challenges.
  • Overseeing capital projects, major repairs, and maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Enhancing equipment reliability and supporting automation and smart manufacturing efforts.
  • Implementing standardized practices and managing significant capital projects across various manufacturing sites.

This position requires a significant degree of autonomy and involves travel, including potential international assignments, with a focus on North America.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing context.
  • Proficiency with large AC/DC motors, high voltage systems, and power distribution.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing electrical projects, including design and implementation.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Compliance with relevant export regulations may be necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in electrical systems and manufacturing processes.
  • 5 years of experience in high voltage equipment design and maintenance.
  • Experience in supervising personnel in engineering and maintenance activities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
  • Background in capital project management, including cost estimation and execution.
  • Strong skills in designing and maintaining industrial electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience managing external vendors for electrical design and support.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
