About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in General Pediatric & Endocrinology at Children's Health (Dallas). As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

Job Summary

This is a full-time nursing position that requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of safety and quality within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families about disease management and self-care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions to address these needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, fostering a culture of empathy and compassion throughout the organization.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
