Title: Associate
Reports to: Store Manager, General Manager or Multi-Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist at our Mall of America location in Bloomington, MN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a hospitable store environment, engaging with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and wants through intentional conversation.
- Use company resources to reinforce the brand experience and build strong relationships.
- Represent current products, fit, and fashion trends to customers.
Requirements:
- Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using mobile technology to engage with customers.
- Adjust or move store fixtures weighing up to 25 pounds.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.
