Sheet Metal Supervisor

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of sheet metal duct systems, ensuring high-quality work and meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the work of sheet metal installers and repair personnel.
- Read and interpret blueprints and equipment packaging lists to ensure accurate assembly.
- Identify and resolve job-related problems, collaborating with superintendents and project managers as needed.
- Operate a variety of tools, large machines, and specialty equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Support the superintendent and project manager in completing projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure the highest quality work and productivity without unnecessary reminders.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial sheet metal experience.
- Extensive knowledge of sheet metal installation and repair processes.
- Physical demands include occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing, with constant standing, walking, reaching, and gripping.
- Material handling involves lifting from floor level to overhead, with occasional lifting to 115 lbs, frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, and constant lifting to 25 lbs.
- High school graduate or equivalent, with relevant work experience.
- Must be able to talk and hear, with vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
- Must pass a background check.
