  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with Tax Professionals: Collaborate with Tax Professionals to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Develop Case Management Plans: Develop and implement case management plans, and monitor their progress.
  • Document Case Information: Document all case information accurately, ensuring all data is kept confidential.
  • Identify Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations for change.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance job skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Case Management: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a case management role within a law or tax firm.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in customer service with a strong ability to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  • Team Player: A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and case management software.
