We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Program Worker to join our team at Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare. As a member of our Mental Health & Addiction Services team, you will provide direct support and care to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with mental health needs
- Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with individuals with mental health needs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
