Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Sally's Apizza. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service at all times by following our company's Steps of Service.
  • Drink Preparation: Mix traditional and signature cocktails, and prepare and maintain ingredients and garnishes provided in recipes.
  • Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area, manage inventory, and process payments from customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace, and contribute to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with a supervisor.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations, mixology for traditional and creative cocktails, and understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings.
  • Attention to Detail: Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness, ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
  • Organizational Awareness: Having and using knowledge of systems, situations, procedures, and culture inside the organization to identify potential problems and opportunities.
  • Language: English, Basic Spanish (preferred but not required).
Work Environment
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, in-person, day, evening, and weekend availability.
