    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out in compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
    • Ensure that maintenance activities and records are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Inventory and Budget Management:
    • Manage maintenance supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary parts and tools are available and ordered as needed.
    • Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment performance data.
    • Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvements to management.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance) preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory position.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
    • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

  • May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on maintenance needs and production schedules.

Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights. Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and management.
