Fire Protection Manager

The Fire Protection Division Manager will lead the team to achieve planned growth, profit, maintenance base, and customer retention goals. This role will strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and staff key office and field positions to support department goals and objectives.
- Direct and coordinate project teams, including office and field staff, to achieve corporate objectives.
- Schedule, assign, and direct the work of office department staff, including hiring, motivating, and coaching.
- Determine scope of department work activities or projects, job objectives, schedules, budget considerations, and personnel assignments.
- Develop standards and procedures for the department and monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with clients, field and office employees, and company executives.
- Maintain positive financial posture for the department, including tracking project costs and preparing project cost reports.
- Proficient in Fire Alarm estimating and project management.
- Understand customer organization and decision-making process to effectively participate in strategy development and presentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in technical/business or equivalent work experience.
- Fire Alarm Design experience.
- NICET Certified in Fire Alarm/Special Hazard Systems.
- Extensive experience in field operations.
- Ability to analyze P&L's.
- Fire Protection Knowledge.
- Experience with Commercial Management.
