Senior Lead Consultant, Health Sciences

Ramboll, a leading scientific environmental consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Lead Consultant to join its Princeton, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental health and risk assessment, with experience in managing projects and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and manage environmental and biomonitoring data and databases
  • Review medical histories and case studies
  • Perform statistical and geospatial analyses of environmental and other data
  • Estimate human exposures to chemicals in different environmental media and calculate risks using standard USEPA methodology
  • Model contaminant migration and exposure concentrations
  • Critically review and interpret regulatory and non-regulatory information related to chemical fate and transport, human exposures, chemical toxicity, and risk assessment
  • Lead the preparation of plans, reports, and presentations, and develop summary tables and figures
  • Supervise junior staff in the above activities
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Health, Toxicology, Epidemiology, or related fields
  • 3 years of successful prior environmental consulting experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with a team and individually
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with MS Access, PowerBI, and/or EQuIS for managing, querying, and analyzing data
  • Familiarity with GIS software and applications
  • Ability to support internal and external clients with both technical and strategic consulting services
