We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our In-House Registry team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective physical therapy services to patients in our pediatric rehabilitation program.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments or disabilities, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve maximum independence and functional ability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- 3 years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation and/or subacute program.
- Active Illinois therapy license to practice.
- Current CPR certification.
