We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Blue Bird Day LLC.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or PTAs with pediatric experience, and be licensed to practice in the state.
Responsibilities will include maintaining a caseload of individual physical therapy sessions, small group sessions, and daily case management tasks.
The successful candidate will also participate in ongoing collaboration with the client's team and family, and establish and maintain relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
