Medicine for Business and Industry (MBI) is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Medicine Physician to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Summary:We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine Physician to provide medical services to employees in a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in occupational medicine, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide medical services to employees in a variety of industries, including pre-employment exams, post-incident care, and ongoing medical surveillance.
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including history and physical exams, to determine the presence of work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to ensure employees return to work safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with employers, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Occupational Medicine.
- Experience in occupational medicine, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
