Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installation and Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing retail products and equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service retail products and equipment at customer sites
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Keep track of service calls and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate and train customers on equipment usage
  • Communicate with management regarding customer satisfaction and potential sales opportunities
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Electronics and/or Networking, or equivalent experience
  • General knowledge of electronics and strong understanding of Networking fundamentals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and basic PC skills
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Networking Certification
  • 3+ years of experience installing or servicing IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems
  • Ability to adapt to industry changes and strong work ethic
