Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Lead Installer/Lead Service Technician to join our team at Coast Security Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing security systems, leading installation crews, and developing into a project manager for larger jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service alarm, CCTV, and access systems
  • Supervise installation crews and develop into a project manager for larger jobs
  • Develop management skills and assume management responsibilities as abilities allow
  • Perform service calls on alarm, CCTV, and access systems
Requirements
  • Strong network knowledge, including IP addresses, network connections, port forwarding, and TELNET
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Good time management skills
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
  • Be physically able to perform job functions
  • Be organized and well-groomed
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
