Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base through proactive sales activities
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses, make informed product recommendations, and facilitate test drives
  • Negotiate sales agreements with customers
  • Accurately record sales activities in our internal lead management system
  • Deliver sold vehicles to customers, ensuring a high level of service and generating referrals
  • Engage in business development and networking activities to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a loyal customer base
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and a willingness to learn and adapt
