As an Automotive Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our goals by building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional sales experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base through proactive sales activities
- Conduct thorough needs analyses, make informed product recommendations, and facilitate test drives
- Negotiate sales agreements with customers
- Accurately record sales activities in our internal lead management system
- Deliver sold vehicles to customers, ensuring a high level of service and generating referrals
- Engage in business development and networking activities to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal customer base
- Knowledge of current industry trends and a willingness to learn and adapt
