Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, processing payments, and preparing beverages and desserts, ensuring a prompt and courteous response to all customer inquiries.
  • Deliver meals to guests at their tables or designated pickup areas while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, workstations, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
  • Restock supplies such as sauces, cups, and lids as necessary to support smooth operations during your shift.
  • Effectively lead and manage a team to uphold operational standards and deliver outstanding hospitality.
  • Handle deliveries as required.
  • Coach and train team members on policies and procedures, fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Must be hardworking, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, is essential.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
