About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Strategist to join our team at TriSearch. As a senior talent acquisition leader, you will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing talent acquisition plans. They should possess strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience optimization.
This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with department heads to create a workforce plan that forecasts hiring needs and aligns recruitment efforts with business objectives.
In this position, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for key positions. This includes establishing and tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
