The Senior UX Designer is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for guiding the design of applications, web sites, and other software to provide an exceptional user experience. This position requires expertise in current design best practices and knowledge of user psychology to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead our UX design team in creating a cohesive look and feel across our software ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with software development and marketing teams to implement UX design best practices, leveraging market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings to drive user-centered design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement UX design strategies to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Lead the UX design team to create consistent and intuitive UI/UX designs throughout our software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UX design principles into software development and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and measure the effectiveness of UX designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve UX design practices and standards.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in UX design leadership roles, with a strong portfolio of UX design projects.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as graphic design or human-computer interaction.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on leading UX design teams and driving UX design strategy.
