Key Responsibilities- Supervision: Supervise open and close activities during non-service hours, provide work direction to crew members, and address performance problems that require immediate attention.
- Q.S.C. Standards: Monitor product quality, follow store cleaning plan, and ensure positional and service line organization.
- Controls: Follow flowcharts, prep projections, and build-to charts, monitor labor usage against sales readings, and recommend corrective action to General Manager as necessary.
- Training and Performance Management: Assist in training and cross-training of positional skills, as directed by the unit manager.
- Policies and Procedures: Follow all procedures in the Operational Procedures Manual, ensure time card accuracy and wage/hour compliance, and adhere to cash control and banking policies.
- Employee Relations: Use consistent and appropriate practices in carrying out supervision and work direction accountabilities.
- Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of Wendy's Operational Procedures and Standards.
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent educational certificate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
