Job Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at North Florida Retirement Village. As a Nurse Supervisor - Memory Support, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while supervising and supporting our assisted living associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the health status of residents and implement care plans in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee the work performance of direct care associates and ensure quality care is provided.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and instruct associates in safe and competent resident care.
  • Administer medications and implement physician orders for nursing care.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers, families, and responsible parties to ensure proper follow-through.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid license in the State of Florida as an LPN or RN.
  • CPR certification or eligible.
  • One to three years' experience in a geriatric setting.
  • A genuine interest in working with the elderly in an assisted living setting.
