- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to the dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
- Participate in the development of ISP and monthly updates, ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care and services.
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED accepted, with certifications and licenses required in states where applicable.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
