Amida Care, a leading Medicaid HIV Special Needs Plan in NY, seeks a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as the Manager of Behavioral Health Operations.
This role supports the Integrated Care and Behavioral Health area of health services through oversight and organization of administrative efforts, including vendor relations, tracking, and management of implementation of new benefits.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for assigned regulatory-related matters, collaborating with Amida Care's Director of Vendor Performance to ensure oversight activities are completed and documented.
This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral health and children's services, with experience developing and updating training materials, workflows, and policies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, project management, or a related field
- Three years' experience in a health-related project management capacity
- One year's experience supervising professional staff in an office environment
- Three years' experience working as an employee of a NY Medicaid managed care organization
- Knowledge of parity preferred
Salary: $74,462 - $94,328 per year
