Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reception area duties, including receiving walk-in customers and assisting clients with checking in
  • Consult with clients before initial trial sessions to ensure a seamless experience
  • Recommend and explain pricing and packages to clients
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Handle booking, cancellations, and reconfirmation requests from members and visitors
  • Collect payments and outstanding fees
  • Liaise with instructors to monitor studio capacity and manage bookings
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
  • Greet and welcome clients as they approach the front desk
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Assist with exams and certificates for students and instructors
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Personable and friendly personality with strong organizational skills
