ROLE OVERVIEW:

The main responsibility of this position is to evaluate residents' requirements, create personalized care plans, provide nursing care, assess the effectiveness of nursing interventions, and oversee nursing assistants and other staff in delivering care. This oversight must align with existing federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the directives from the Director of Nursing Services or their representative, ensuring the highest standards of care are upheld consistently. Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control protocols while maintaining the established standards of practice as outlined by the community's management and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice as an LPN in the relevant state.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated capability to execute both verbal and written directives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community personnel.
  • Knowledge of proper safety and sanitation practices.
  • Availability to work scheduled hours as per the demands of the role.
  • Must not present a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
  • Full-Time Positions Available
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday during daytime hours
