Employee Benefits Manager

FC Industries Inc. in Dayton, Ohio is looking for a talented Employee Benefits Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs.
Compensation Package:$80,000 - $105,000 per year, including a comprehensive benefits package
About the Position:The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employee benefits and be able to design and implement programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Design and implement benefit programs that meet employee needs and comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Manage relationships with external vendors and brokers to stay up-to-date on local benefits practices and legal requirements
- Administer benefit systems and technology to ensure efficient operations
- Evaluate existing programs to determine competitiveness and recommend improvements
- Provide training and guidance to employees and management on benefits policy and provisions
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration
- Experience managing and negotiating with benefits vendors and brokers is an asset
- CEBS Professional Certificate is an asset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
