As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading and managing the dining and hospitality operations, and ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service Operations
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
    • Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation
    • Manage food inventory, ordering, and storage
    • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Resident Focus
    • Partner with the Wellness team to understand individual resident nutritional needs and preferences
    • Deliver snacks, beverages, and meals accurately and consistently
    • Conduct regular resident feedback sessions to ensure satisfaction
  • Supplies Management and Risk Management
    • Manage food and supply budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations
    • Ensure compliance with HACCP and local health department regulations
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
  • Training, Leadership, and Team Member Development
    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
    • Lead and participate in daily and monthly team meetings and trainings
    • Develop and implement performance management and coaching strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in food service management, culinary degree, or equivalent training
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in hospitality or fine dining industries
  • Current ServSafe certification
  • Proven ability to manage food and labor budgets, and achieve established targets
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
