About the Role

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse with Innovative Renal Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Our team of dedicated nurses is committed to improving the quality of life for every patient, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis treatments and technologies.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
