Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
About the Role- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis, including assessing their physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating patients and their families on disease management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, including developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting patient assessments, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that patient care meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
