Key Responsibilities- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and resetting tables, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food service and customer service.
- Minimum of one (1) year of high volume food service experience, with table service restaurant experience highly preferred.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment and maintain physical stamina.
- Knowledge of restaurant systems, including ordering and expediting systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in English.
The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
