About the Internship:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a summer intern. As an intern at Royal Caribbean Group, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with our team, and gain valuable experience in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate, incentive, and group charter programs.
- Help to set up and maintain event files, including uploading manifests and data entry.
- Work with account managers to schedule onboard events, including receptions, meetings, and room deliveries.
- Assist in preparing detailed event orders and reviewing event bills for accuracy.
- Support sales directors with pricing proposals and miscellaneous booking requests.
- Possibility to accompany account managers on a charter program in Europe.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a candidate who is a recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in a related field. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
