Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Clinic. As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements:
• Current LPN licensure in the state of West Virginia.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
