Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team at Visionet Systems Inc. as a Program Management/Communications Lead.

This is a key role that will be responsible for managing and executing critical programs while leading and overseeing communication strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex projects and have a strong background in crafting and executing effective communications plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Execution
    • Develop, implement, and oversee programs and projects to achieve organizational goals.
    • Coordinate resources, manage project risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
    • Monitor and report on program performance, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Communication Strategies
    • Develop and execute communication strategies to support program objectives and enhance overall organizational visibility.
    • Create and manage content for internal communications.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Identify key stakeholders and maintain positive relationships to support program and communication goals.
    • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, presentations, and briefings.
    • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine communication strategies and program execution.
  • Internal Communications
    • Design and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with program updates and organizational changes.
    • Develop and distribute internal communications materials, such as updates, announcements, and employee surveys.
    • Edit and proofread communications materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze program and communication performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in program management and communications.
  • Proven track record in managing complex programs and projects with successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of communication principles and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and communication platforms.
  • Experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
