Key Responsibilities- Oversee the receipt and processing of provider applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Analyze and verify provider credentials, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider credentialing documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Support and monitor the quality of network providers, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in credentialing processes, tools, and regulations, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of credentialing experience preferred.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Health plan payer enrollment experience a plus.
