At Vivo HealthStaff, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our San Diego clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing care and be able to provide high-quality patient services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process, communicate, and implement all medication orders
• Administer and distribute medications as prescribed by medical staff
• Provide nursing care and treatments for participants at the Day Health Center
• Maintain clinic supplies
• Participate actively in the interdisciplinary team by offering clinical expertise in team planning, problem solving, and processes

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited LVN program
• Possess a current California LVN license
• Interest, demonstrated ability, and one-year experience working with the elderly or frail population required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
