Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and other personal care tasks.
  • Provide transportation assistance as needed, ensuring safe and comfortable transfers between rooms and facilities.
  • Engage residents in conversation, listening to their stories and experiences, and promoting a sense of community and connection.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 18 years of age; prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
