Behavior Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavior Therapist to join our dedicated team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. With training, you will perform appropriate physical management to ensure the child's safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans designed to address behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills
  • Work closely with children to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with a BCBA clinician to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities
  • Must possess current RBT Certification through the BACB
