We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer Lead to join our team. This key role requires strong technical expertise in Isolators and Automated Aseptic machinery, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve objectives and deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the service engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team members achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges, escalate issues as needed, and drive resolution to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and assistance to team members in troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions.

This full-time position is based in Tacoma, Washington, offering a competitive salary range of $90,000-$115,000 annually, including bonus potential, health plan options, a 401(K) match, and paid time off. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in service engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

The successful candidate will be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to take and pass a drug test. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires pre-employment drug testing, including testing for marijuana and THC.
