Electrical Engineering Project Director

About the Position:
This Senior Project Manager role is a key resource to general and executive managers in providing insight and counsel on high-level business management decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic planning and management of construction projects
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
- Conduct regular project reviews and assessments
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years' project management experience with complex projects in transmission line or substation construction
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with Vista (Viewpoint) software
- Able to pass all Company and client-mandated drug and background checks
Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
