- Assist engineering personnel and management in various tasks.
- Update and maintain engineering documentation, records, and databases.
- Oversee the inventory of engineering materials and tools.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering staff and the workshop.
- Carry out general office tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Demonstrated experience in a support or assistant role.
- Comfortable working in a workshop setting.
- One year of experience with SolidWorks CAD is mandatory.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- A high school diploma is required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks CAD for design tasks.
- Understanding of various materials and their suitability for laser engraving.
