Job Summary:

The Global Director of Compensation and Benefits will oversee and lead global employee compensation and benefits programs for GPA Global | Packaging Solutions.

This role will require collaboration with Finance, Treasury, and Global HR Managers to harmonize and control payroll practices globally.

Key Responsibilities:Benefits/Compensation:
  • Administer employee insurance programs, including life, disability, and health insurance plans.
  • Manage employee savings plans, such as the company's 401(k) plan, personal savings plans, and deferred compensation programs.
  • Research and compare incentive compensation plans offered by demographically comparable organizations.
  • Facilitate accurate and timely delivery of employer contributions and employee payroll deductions to carriers, plan administrators, or other service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provider rules, regulations, and policies.
Compliance:
  • Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Create, modify, update, and implement company policies.
  • Develop risk management strategies and design control systems to address cases of policy violation.
  • Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure business operations align with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Seven to ten years of experience administering compensation or benefits programs.
  • CEBS, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Global experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required.
