Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine calibrations on furnace control systems and execute Temperature Uniformity Assessments.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of operational data from vacuum brazing, heat treatment, and aging furnaces.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering teams to develop and document procedures and reports.
  • Construct and assemble fixtures for diverse applications such as core stacking, vacuum brazing, and pressure testing.
  • Fabricate specialized tools as required for various tasks.
  • Provide general assistance to support factory operations effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Skilled in utilizing standard hand tools and measurement instruments.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics.
  • Experience in the assembly of process fixtures.
  • Proficient in using personal computers, including software such as MS Word and Excel, as well as data logging tools.

Laboratory Equipment Maintenance:

  • Calibrate temperature controllers, thermocouples, and associated instrumentation.
  • Provide recommendations for the acquisition or replacement of laboratory instruments.

Educational Background:

  • A high school diploma or an Associate's degree in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
